Help Desk

When you have had your training with us, we are able to assist you by phone refreshing skills you learned in session for a 30-day period.  You may audit any workshop taken at no charge as long as it is scheduled. Telephone Help Desk is limited to 10 minutes.  Should you require additional assistance we can provide you with further Help Desk assistance for an hourly charge of $75.00. 

Need help with a project?  We reduce our hourly rate from $75 to $60 for (32) hours of help desk assistance over three months. You will be billed in (3) increments. You may use your hours as you need assistance, and they do not expire. Help Desk includes any application, onsite technical, and telephone support.

Need Database support?  We can provide database support on several levels. We can teach you while we assist in the development of your database.  We can develop your database for you and provide you with a finished project.  Or we can support your existing database and provide you with database documentation.

Thinking about integrating your website with your operations?  We can assist you with the transitional development of your database so that your website is managed and developed using an existing database or a linked web database.
