Essentials to PowerPoint (versions 97, 2000, XP, 2003)
This is a two-day course which covers the PowerPoint interface; creating a new presentation; using the AutoContent Wizard; presentation planning; creating and editing slides, graphs, organization charts, and tables; adding, editing, and manipulating graphics; working with Slide Masters; importing text, spreadsheets, sound files, and video; printing presentations; and creating slide shows with transitions and animation.

This new one day course covers Custom Slide Shows, Design Templates, Running a presentation over an intranet, Publishing to the web, Developing macros, and Inserting action buttons and hyperlinks. Students will develop a sub slide show and learn how to add helpful buttons and hyperlinks as well as learn how to present a slide show over an intranet and publish it as a web site. You will also save a slide as a graphic and learn how to make a series of tasks automated by using macros.
